Return / Exchange Conditions

- Customer must arrange courier or reverse pick-up for defective/wrong product
- Free pickups are not guaranteed and depend on mutual agreement
- If return is accepted, pickup request is made within 7 working days
- Exchange starts once product is received at our warehouse
